Patricia "Pat" Henze

Patricia “Pat” A. Henze, 78, of Lewistown, Missouri, passed away at 11:20 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the Country Aire Retirement Center in Lewistown. She was born on April 17, 1945, in Quincy, Illinois, a daughter of Melvin Lee and Dolores Aleen (Hoke) Tuter.  She married Ronald Henze on April 20, 1963, in Quincy, Illinois.

Pat attended Unity High School.  She worked for Methode, retiring in 2006. She enjoyed reading, flower gardening, sewing and embroidering.  Pat loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughters, Lori Henze and Kathy (Kent) Brown of Hannibal, Missouri; ten grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; siblings, John (Helen) Tuter, Mary Harris, Jo (John) Cooley, Edward (Jana) Tuter, Robert (Debbie) Tuter, and Jan (Dan) Perry.  Many nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sons, Jeff Henze and Steve Henze; grandchildren, Cassie Marie, Michael Shane, and Jimmy Dean.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at the Triplett Funeral Home in Mendon, Illinois. Rev. Russell Corrigan will officiate the service. Interment will follow at the New Loraine Cemetery in Loraine, Illinois.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning an hour prior to the service at Triplett Funeral Home in Mendon, Illinois. Memorials may be made to the organization of the donor’s choice. You are invited to share a memory and leave condolences at www.triplettfuneralhomes.com
