Keith S. Lambert, 70, of Loraine passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2017 in his home.
Keith was born on August 1, 1946 in Macomb to the late Louis Samuel and Gladys May (Rust) Lambert. He married Sharon K. Quigley on October 12, 1968 in Canton, MO. Sharon Survives of Loraine.
Keith was of the Christian Faith. He worked for Quincy Paper box for 20 years, Ran Lamberts Garage in Loraine, before going to work as a fabricator for Schuler Designs in Keokuk, IA. He loved to hunt, fish, tinker in his garage and attend his grand children’s sporting events. He was an avid N.A.S.C.A.R fan and enjoyed watching boxing and westerns.
Keith loved visiting with family and friends. He was always the first person ready to lend a helping hand and would do anything for anyone.
Surviving are; his wife Sharon K. Lambert of Loraine, two daughters, Heidi (Brian) Muegge of Mendon, Heather (Matt) Eads of Croockston, MN., four grandchildren, Bryson and Brady Muegge, Olivia Kendrick, Riley Eads, two brothers, Floyd (Melba) Lambert of Augusta, Lyman (Norma) Lambert of Plymouth, one sister, Jerry Lee (Bob) Beeler of Macon, Mo. and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Fern Emery, Martha Wirtz, Carol Ann in infancy and two brothers, Clarence and Phillip Lambert.
Per Keith’s wishes he was cremated. A celebration of Keith’s life will be 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 21, 2017 in the Loraine United Methodist Church in Loraine. The family requests casual dress for the services. Memorial contributions have been suggested to the Blessing Heart and Vascular Center or the Loraine United Methodist Church.
