We are deeply sorry for your loss - the staff at Triplett & Wood Funeral Home
Patricia Mae Patton, 69, of Littleton, passed into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on June 9th, 2022. She was born on December 5th, 1952, in Beardstown, Illinois, and married Richard Patton on December 23rd, 1982. He survives. Also surviving are her daughter, Morgan (Jim) McDonald of Littleton, three grandsons - Samuel (Johanna) Hetrick of Roodhouse, Elijah Norton and Mark Norton of Littleton, best friend-like-a-sister Sue (Eldon) Tolan of Minonk, and her beloved Yorkie, Frodo. She is reunited with her first great-grandchild, who preceded her in death. Pat enjoyed nature and loved her life on the farm that she shared with her husband. She spent many a day flower gardening or bird watching. She was a wonderful storyteller, which even spilled over into songwriting. She loved music and had a beautiful voice. Pat’s life was a journey filled with various trials, but the triumph she lived for was to know Christ and make Him known. She loved God’s Word, and devoted herself to studying it in order to share its truth and hope with others, both with biblical counseling and through women’s jail ministry. Pat had an unmistakable impact on the lives of not only her close friends and family, but on so many others as well. Her life will be celebrated at Argyle Bible Church on Saturday, June 25th at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Trinity Academy, 306 E. South St., Industry.
